[MlMt] how do i use sendMail from commands ?

I think I already mentioned it in relation to the MailMan bundle. You 
can simply replace `openMessage` with `sendMessage` in the 
approve/reject scripts. (Ideally, this should be a configurable setting 
for the bundle.)
