[MlMt] automatically select/show the first message ?

Hey,

I got a bunch of mailboxes where there often are just 1 mail in them.

When browsing them I have to click the mailbox AND then the single mail 
in them to see
if something I need to care for or not.

Would it be possible to have mailmate view (but not mark as read 
automatically) the first
message in a folder ?

Then I could at least quickly scan a bunch of folders without multiple 
clicks per folder...
