[MlMt] Manual sorting of inboxes?

Ideally, rearranging these mailboxes could be done by rearranging the 
corresponding accounts under SOURCES, but this still does not work. I've 
simply never implemented it (it's a bit more tricky than one would 
think, but mainly it's just because I haven't done it yet). The only 
workaround is to rename the accounts, e.g., by prefixing a number. 
Unfortunately this also requires editing the following file while 
MailMate is not running (removing all lines with `previousUUID`):

	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist

The file can also just be deleted if you have not customized any 
mailboxes.
