[MlMt] ListMate - for those with too many mailing lists

That would make sense, but currently my bundle only works with the 
latest test version. We can merge when the public version of MailMate 
includes the necessary changes. I'll probably prefer the `MailMan` name 
since other bundles for other types of mailing list might be created 
(Google Groups?).
