[MlMt] giving up - MailMate crash - won't synchronize

Ah yes, I don't actually have five million messages on line. I've been saying that for long enough that apparently I started to believe it. It's actually under a million (although not by much). Apparently I forgot about the Great Mailing List IMAP Cull of 2010.
