[MlMt] Default Send Later value

The downside of this is that the Send Later bar is visible in my e-mail. 
I don’t want to see this default but to get it working it needs to be 
visible. Now I have erased the 3 minutes default value a few times 
because of tab typing errors because suddenly i have an extra bar.
