[MlMt] duplicate msgs in gmail, again

I think we'll have to debug off list if sent emails are duplicated in 
“All Mail”. You might previously have mapped some Gmail labels to 
MailMate tags which can remove some duplicates, but it doesn't sound 
like that is your problem.
