[MlMt] reply on existing draft opens up in read only mode

I've had this happen a couple of times, and hadn't give it much thought 
as it is really seldom, and it could also be our mail server sometimes 
messing up. Haven't been able to reproduce it either, so I didn't open a 
ticket, but it looks like i was not the only one.
