Currently, MailMate sends EagleFiler .eml files:

However, you can merge them into mbox files for greater efficiency if you want:

This should be easy. You can just set up Apple Mail to use the same server info as MailMate, and it will stay in sync via IMAP. Then just select the messages you want to import and press EagleFiler's capture key:

No need to find the files in Mail or use its mbox export, which is buggy.
