[MlMt] Assign specific signatures to specific accounts?

In any case, binding signatures to accounts is a relatively frequent 
request. You can track progress on the issue in [this 
ticket](http://freron.lighthouseapp.com/projects/58672/tickets/770-signatures#ticket-770-5).
