[MlMt] "Stuck" smart mailbox?

My Junk mailbox is sub sorted by "to", which makes it easier for me to 
quickly scan things, since I don't pay a lot of attention to spam that 
was sent "to" an address that isn't mine.

Recently one of the addresses in there (which actually wasn't spam) has 
gotten "stuck", it doesn't go away even though it's empty.
And just now, two more are there.

There's nothing fancy in the rules. It has "Submailbox for each unique 
value of To -> Address".

That's all. And there is nothing in the Junk folder right now.
