Sounds like a bug in the code for partitioning messages into 
submailboxes. Or maybe more likely, it is related to the propagation of 
changes when using the “None” option.

I would appreciate if you could play with this to make an example as 
simple as possible. Then send me the following file with a description 
of how to reproduce it (maybe with these mailing list messages if 
possible):

	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist

You can send it privately.
