It's documented 
[here](http://manual.mailmate-app.com/organize#mailboxes_and_conditions), 
but in earlier versions of MailMate I also inserted a tip in the window 
about this. That disappeared when I made some other changes, but I'll 
make sure it returns since I'm sure this is a common issue.
