[MlMt] select a default "from" email address

MailMate tries to guess the From address based on previous emails sent 
to the same person. If such emails do not exist then the current context 
is used instead (currently selected message/mailbox/account). The latter 
does not work well for all users, but currently the only way to change 
it is a [hidden 
preference](http://manual.mailmate-app.com/hidden_preferences#composing).
