[MlMt] When MailMate opens mail from a MailMate user

What I've settled on doing is instead of using "Reply" I use "Forward as 
attachment" with Markdown turned on, which you'll see maintains the 
exact formatting of the original when displaying the attachment at the 
bottom of the reply. Of course, you have to add the recipient again.

I'm sure people with more knowledge than I could script this in 
Automator or applescript or something.
