Hi.

I checked again and found the following: The message was sent (sorry for
raising the alarm), but it was sent using a wrong server. The message
was composed and has been saved (!) with a "From: abc at foo.com"* but was
sent using a server from a different IMAP account (def at bar.com).

* This is also seen in the logs from server B:
"Jun 17 21:55:15 mail postfix/qmgr[9836]: 7004AC6423:
from=<abc at foo.com>, size=2633, nrcpt=1 (queue active)"

I have 10 accounts using SMTP server A and 3 using server B, the message
was composed using one from the first group and actually sent using the
latter with a "From:" from the first group.

I believe (without being able to prove it) the two most common events
that lead to MM crashing on my machine are:

1. Something responsible for creating the preview is going haywire, both
in the main window and the compose window (i'll send you some
screenshots off-list) and
2. Using GPG for signing/verifying

The "connection based crashes" (i just made this up ;) seem to be gone,
there has been improvement (as i wrote before).

I'd be glad if i can help (using "verbose" versions or something like
this).

Regards,
Robert
