[MlMt] INBOX always shows all messages?

Does relaunching MailMate make a difference?

I believe a bug in a recent change could trigger this behavior although 
I'm not seeing it myself. If relaunching MailMate does not help then I 
would say this is a very likely explanation. I'll look into it and 
contact you if I need details.
