[MlMt] Key bindings for scrolling message view

Actually, it is more likely that I'll add that ⇧-space moves to the 
previous message. But there could be separate key binding selectors 
without this functionality. (Actually, there already is, but they don't 
work as they should.)

You can bind alternative keys to `scrollPageDown:` and `scrollPageUp:`, 
but I'll probably change how this works in the future.
