The “Save” menu item only works in the Composer. The “Save 
As...” menu item unfortunately does not work because I never 
implemented it. (When implemented, it should do the same as drag'n'drop 
of messages. Ideally, it should also offer to save in some 
[mbox-format](http://freron.lighthouseapp.com/projects/58672-mailmate/tickets/562).)
