[MlMt] show List-Id headers or more direct support for unsubcribe of mailing lists ?

Ok, I'll note that I should look into this and I'll notify you when it's 
done. Today it seems I'm getting an avalanche of emails. Maybe you need 
this feature to easily unsubscribe this mailing list ;-)
