[MlMt] MailMate did not synchronize in the background

I thought of AppNap, but I didn't know how to turn it off for MailMate.
(You have to open a Get Info window for the application package and
select the **Prevent AppNap** checkbox.) I've done that now, and I'll
bet it solves the problem. Thanks, Marc.
