[MlMt] Is there a way to not indent forwarded messages?

With forwarding, only by using “Message ▸ Forward as Attachment”. 
Well, low level it might be possible, but let's not go there now.

No, I think I've only said it wasn't implemented yet (and maybe that it 
was non-trivial to implement). It's actually available in the current 
test version of MailMate: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in 
the Software Update preferences pane. You can read about the feature 
[here](http://freron.lighthouseapp.com/projects/58672/tickets/206-redirect-message#ticket-206-14).

Note that “Redirect” in MailMate does not allow you to change 
anything in the message (because that would be wrong).
