[MlMt] Is there a way to disable PLAIN authentication in MailMate?

I suspect IT changed the Exchange configuration over break, and all of a 
sudden login is failing. When I google the error I find people saying 
that it's rejecting PLAIN authentication. Except of course the !@#!@ 
server says it *accepts* PLAIN.
