Yes, you can use the tab key (⇥) or shift tab (⇧⇤) to move back.
It is also possible to bind other keys to mailbox/message navigation
using custom key bindings. A list is available
[here](http://manual.mailmate-app.com/key_binding_selectors). It's even
possible to bind a key to put the focus in the messages outline.
