This sounds like it could be a bug I fixed not so long ago. The fix is 
only available in the 64 bit beta I wrote about [on the 
blog](http://blog.freron.com/2014/mailmate-64-bit-beta/) a few days ago. 
You can try that if you like. It appears to be quite stable although not 
yet as stable as the 32 bit build.
