[MlMt] Text copy of complete email

In the message menu choose "Show in Finder", press Space to quick view, 
Select All and Copy.

You'll get:

 From:	Jacques
Subject:	Re: [MlMt] Text copy of complete email
Date:	22 Nov 2013 09:36:40 GMT+1
To:	MailMate Users
Reply-To:	MailMate Users
