[MlMt] subsciption state of shared folder

Hi, i am new to this list, Greetings! :)

I have several accounts im Mailmate which resides on two cyrus-imapd mail server. One mail server propagates a private namespace (INBOX). There are also shared folders. I would like to override the subscription state for the shared folder namespace as i can do that for the privat namespace.

The configuration for the account looks like that:

	privateNamespace = "INBOX";
	showPrivateNamespace = :true;

	trash = "imap://user@mailserver/INBOX/Trash";
}

I want all the mailboxes from the shared folders to be seen by default. Currently only the server side activated folders are visible.
