[MlMt] Refactored mailbox editor

Hi Benny, I went to r3420, experienced some issue and then went back to
r3384, but something must have gone wrong, since my left pane now looks as
in the attached screenshot.

If you don't need additional info I'm going to reset MM configuration and
start from scratch.
