This would require that MailMate (and the IMAP server) supported the 
[QUOTA extension](http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2087). This is currently 
not the case.

Message counts can be seen by using the “All” count for the IMAP 
mailboxes in the mailbox outline. That's the best I can offer you for 
now.
