[MlMt] Open email independently?

Hi Annamarie

In Settings > Viewer, choose Double Click "Opens Message in a new 
Window".

Alternatively you can hold down ⇧ while double clicking. [Quick 
example](http://cl.ly/image/0m1H042p2Q3F).
