The bottom half of your window will switch to showing a histogram based on some attribute of the messages. At the top left of the histogram, there is a pulldown menu where you can select which attribute is graphed. Select To->Address.</div><div><br></div><div>If you receive emails where your email address is just one of multiple addresses listed in the To: header, be aware that all of the addresses get included in this histogram.</div><div><br></div><div>If you click on one of the rows in the histogram, it gets selected. If you next press Cmd-A, now all of the rows are selected. On the upper right of the histogram is a 'Create Mail...' button. If you click on that, a new email compose window will open and the text of the email will be the values from all of the selected rows of the histogram. You can then copy and paste the text from the email body to somewhere else, if you want to save it or edit it to remove all of the lines that are not your addresses.</div></div></div></blockquote></div><br></div></body></html>
