<p dir="auto">Outlook was changed several months ago to use the Windows Live accounts. You should check to be sure you are using the correct protocols for your service in MM IMAP Settings. I do not specifically have that full MS Suite, just using an Outlook account with MS Office for Mac. Also you did not mention which version of MM you use. I am on MM 2.0(6292).</p>
<p dir="auto">My Server settings using OAUTH2 that work flawlessly in MM for me are:</p>
<ul>
<li>IMAP Server: outlook.office365.com</li>
<li>SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com</li>
</ul>
