I have pulled out the all mail boxes from sync, but I'm only 27GB downloaded and probably have 200GB here, and I'm throttled, so it could be a couple of weeks before I can get a good sync and toggle much on and off to see what's happening if I let it just go as is. May be too much investment to try to get there.</span></font></div><div dir="auto"><font face="georgia, serif"><br></font></div><div dir="auto"><font face="georgia, serif"><span class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">I suppose I could run a quick filter to tag everything since January as 2025 and synchronize only that mailbox, if I'm thinking about this correctly. If All Mail is off, and all new mail gets labelled as 2025, and that's pretty much all I'm subscribed to, then I suppose I'm only pulling the new stuff. That is correct. The best you can do is to use “Edit Subscriptions” in the account editor to unsubscribe any mailboxes you do not need. Using webmail, you could consider putting some of your older emails into separate mailboxes.<br>
