Hi,

I’ve seen this problem a few times recently: I edit a mail, paste a screenshot and somehow the preview does not show the image. In such cases, I’ve tried to save the draft, restart MailMate, try again... but nothing, it’s not possible. It must depend on the mail somehow, often it’s a reply where other stuff is below, and on other occasions it works fine (for instance I just tried to add a screenshot in this mail, and it appears just like it should).

Also, then I noticed that when the mail is displayed in the Drafts folder, it shows the screenshot just fine. So the issue seems to be limited to the preview in the editor! I will now send an email to a recipient and see if they complain - so far I always backed out and simply wrote “see attached screenshot” instead of “see this screenshot:”.

My MailMate version says
Version 2.0 (6272)
. Is this a known problem? I can test and document the behavior more if it’s a new issue.

Thanks
Oli
