<p dir="auto">The text box will only contain the available values for the messages in the current mailbox. When playing with this then it might be best to use “All Messages” to make sure something matches a group in your Contacts.</p>
<p dir="auto">That said, I couldn't make it work when I tried just now (although I did get some suggestions in the popup). The feature might be somewhat broken. I'll note to look into this.</p>
<p dir="auto">In general with Contacts, you should always make sure that “System Settings > Privacy & Security > Contacts” has MailMate enabled (and maybe even disable/enable since there have been cases of it not quite matching reality).</p>

<p dir="auto">Sorry, this is still documentation I've never gotten around to write. One way to play with this is to use the Statistics layout (View > Layouts) since that'll show you some of the values found for the messages in the current mailbox.</p>
