Judging purely by the MailMate forum archives, MailMate will be hitting its 15th birthday soon (if it hasn’t already). The first message in the archive is dated Wed Mar 17 00:12:16 UTC 2010, and it refers to a beta release, so the first release was sometime before March 17.

Thanks! The first blog post is probably the closest you can get to an actual birthday (Jan 26, 2010). There's also version 1.0 which was released Feb 17, 2011. Maybe I can get 2.0 released before Feb 17, 2026 to keep it within 15 years ;-)

Thanks to the users of MailMate! I hope I can make it another 15 years and maybe make it to version 3.0, but I really cannot make any promises.
