<p dir="auto">in theory this could be implemented using the IMAP ANNOTATE extension specified in RFC 5257 (<a href="https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5257.html" style="color: #3983C4;">https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5257.html</a>), but I don’t think many servers and clients support that.</p>
<p dir="auto">It’s an interesting idea, but unless it works inter-operably, I don’t think it makes much sense to add as a feature to MailMate.</p>
