<p dir="auto">Take a breath and consider clues carefully. I have some questions about those resources you mentioned:</p>
<ol>
<li>Do you have any ideas if something <em>external</em> to MailMate caused this - a crash of your system, server failure(s) to your IMAP mail ISP incoming and/or outgoing, something else? Looking for a clue to a simple answer to your concern.</li>
<li>Do the mailboxes themselves and MM (MailMate) settings seem as they were yesterday or before you noticed this?</li>
<li>Do you have any other devices using those mail servers?</li>
<li>Are those other devices using your servers similarly affected?</li>
<li>Lastly, are there any offline devices with backups or perhaps a TM (Time Machine) backup available to recover your email data that was lost?</li>

<p dir="auto">I woke up to find all of my account sub mailboxes except for Junk, Deleted and Trash are empty! All of my mailboxes emptied and all of my mail which I have saved since 2000 and earlier have been deleted somehow since Friday night. How can I recover the folders and the mail that they should contain.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a way to backup and later restore these individual mailmate subfolders in each account.</p>
<p dir="auto">I am desperate. Thank you.</p>
