<p dir="auto">Are you sure you have selected a message before action the menu item? I mean, on my side it works when I have a message selected and have the focus, if not, then nothing happens.</p>

<p dir="auto">I believe BusyCal support is based on a URL scheme. I haven't tested it in a while though (not installed on my machine right now). The URL scheme is described <a href="https://support.busymac.com/help/70621-url-handler" style="color:#777">here</a>. You can try to see if it works when you do it in a Terminal window similar to this:</p>
