<p dir="auto">If you mean the listing of mailbox sources and folders in the left column of the main window, then that can be customized. Bring up the font selector with View->Choose Font…, then click on any item in the list of mailboxes. The font selector will show you the current font setting. Adjust the font to your liking, but be sure to choose a font that has both a “Regular” and a “Bold” style.
