<p dir="auto">I have a shared mailbox I am subscribed to, but I do not have permission to delete from it.</p>


<p dir="auto">If I do try and delete, say by accident, it comes up with a dialogue saying:</p>

MailMAte encountered the following error: “Server response: “K9 NO Permission denied”.<br>

Mailbox: “Shared Folders/Project-server”.<br>

options: ”Retry” | “Take Account Offline” | “Cancel Message Deletion”</p>

<p dir="auto">Clicking ‘Cancel Message Deletion’ does not work, as it just comes back again a few seconds later.  The only way I have found to dismiss the message is to take the mailbox offline, unsubscribe from it then resubscribe.</p>


<p dir="auto">Any help to fix would be appreciated.</p>
