<li value="1">Select your message</li>
<li value="2">Go to the 'View' menu and choose 'Show Raw Message'</li>
<li value="3">Select the message contents that now show up (click on the message and hit command-A)</li>
<li value="4">Go to the 'Message' menu and choose Forward.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">The contents, including headers, should be in your new message body.</p>
