That is often more reliable than the threading function.</p>

I generally have organise by thread active but some conversations aren't appearing as such, but the thread arc is showing them as related and in the conversation view, they appear as grouped by thread.<br>

I know that threading is largely dependent upon the mail client preserving the right headers – in this case the "offending" MUA is Apple Mail – but I wonder if there's something else I should be doing or checking?<br>
