<p dir="auto">I created a few smart mailboxes to divide email by year.<br>
In creating the rules, there seemed to be some ambiguity in the <em>is before</em> and <em>is after</em> rules. Sometimes they would include 1/1/20xx, and sometimes not. Sometimes 12/31/20xx would include 1/1/20xx of the following year. So I’m not sure if they function as <em>is on or before</em> or <em>is before</em> (for instance).</p>
