<p dir="auto">The problem is not related to this setting. MailMate simply doesn't forward (and some times display) this type of message correctly (<code style="background-color:#F7F7F7; border-radius:3px; margin:0; padding:0 0.4em" bgcolor="#F7F7F7">multipart/report</code>). Please try the latest test release: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.</p>
