<p dir="auto">Actually, now I remember what I did. I have a macro in AirMail that files a message to OmniFocus and then archives it. It looks like I starred it, then did that. And I guess in the GMail context, "Archive" means "remove it from everything except All Mail" as opposed to "put it in an archive folder".</p>

<p dir="auto">According to AIrMail, it's in "All Mail" and "Starred". And indeed on the gmail website I can find it in "Starred" section. But it's not in the "Flagged" folder on MailMate, nor Archive, nor Deleted Messages. Other items I starred show up in "Flagged", but of course they are also in some folder rather than "All Mail".</p>
