<p dir="auto">That's exactly what I did, yes.<br>
A button / menu-item in MailMate itself would still have 3 advantages:</p>
<ol>
<li value=1>Nobody would had to remember which plist-files etc. exactly are relevant.</li>
<li value=2>Nobody would have to "<em>dig</em>" deep in ~Library to find the files.</li>
<li value=3>Benny could alter anytime the list of the relevant files whit out having to send a notice to all.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">I use a couple of apps (TextExpander, Hazel, KeyboardMaestro) that have a similar approach: with a single click I can export text-snippets / rules / macros into a folder I can choose. BusyCal / BusyContacts also let you backup the events / contacts to a location you can choose.</p>

<p dir="auto">Totally agree! Even when MailMate is not supposed to run simultaneously on two (or more) machines with a single set of plist-files & co., as far as I remember.</p>
