I have the option described below set to yes and it works as expected with a few exceptions. One is when I open a message in the junk mailbox (open in its own window), change it to non-junk and then tell MM to move it out of Junk. The message is moved and closes but the next message in the Junk mailbox opens, which is not desired.</p>

FWIW, my solution to this would be to make moving to Archive, Junk, or Trash respect the “Close window after move” preference.</p>

<p dir="auto">I think it should be an orthogonal setting. In the next update you can set it manually like this:</p>
