<p dir="auto">You should try this:</p>


<ul>

<li>Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0). This enables logging.</li>

<li>Try taking the account (or mailbox) online using “Mailbox ▸ Take Online”.</li>

<li>Wait for this to fail (go offline again or whatever happens).</li>

<li>Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.</li>

</ul>
