<p dir="auto">I have a sig that is automatically entered when I choose to create a new email. (Default placement: top*; caret placement "above signature")</p>

<p dir="auto">If I decide I don't want it, and delete it, and type some text in the body, and THEN select a recipient, the sig automagically appears _above_ my text again the instant I hit enter for the recipient.</p>

<p dir="auto">What am I failing to understand here?</p>

<p dir="auto">* top or bottom makes no difference.</p>
